The BEST thing about these free alternatives is - they have a great collection and so many movies not available on Netflix (eg: Monk, Troy, Rage, etc). Highly sustainable business models, will give Netflix a run for their money and eat their lunch. Completely legal, partnered with Xfinity, listed on Google movie searches alongside Netflix, Hulu, etc. on the sidebar. Advertisers - Microsoft, Amazon, Walmart, State Farm, etc. Great execution so far.

Headphone Jack - your minimalism approach doesn't make sense in some cases. Like one mouse button for multiple functions, one jack for multiple functions... Separate tasks should be performed by separate modules rather than a single module performing multiple tasks - that would be like writing a single suboptimal... -
